Shipping

. WHEN PLACING AN ORDER, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT. IN THE EVENT AN

  ORDER HAS BEEN RETURNED TO US, WE WILL GLADLY RE-SHIP THE ORDER. HOWEVER, THE CUSTOMER  

  WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RE-SHIP FEE.

. All in stock items are typically processed and shipped within 3 to 5 days.

. Custom made orders are usually processed and shipped within 7 to 14 days.

. Once an order is ready to be shipped or delivered, you will be notified via email with tracking

  information. 

If you have requested to pick up your order you will be notified via email or text when it is ready.

. All orders are shipped via The United Stated Postal Service (USPS)or UPS. You will be

  notified by email. 

. Transit time (the amount of time or days it will take an order to reach its destination AFTER it has

  shipped) is usually 2 to 4 days within the United States.   

Returns & Exchanges

. We do not accept returns and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

. If an error has occurred with your order, please contact us within 72 hours. 

 

. In the event you have received damaged goods, please contact us immediately. Please include

  order number and a picture of the damaged goods.
