Order Processing & Shipment

All in stock items are typically processed and shipped within 2 to 4 days. Made to order or custom made orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 to 2 weeks. Once an order is ready to be shipped or delivered, you will be notified via email with tracking information. If you have requested to pick up your order you will be notified via email or text when it is ready.

 

We ship orders via The United Stated Postal Service (USPS). Transit time is 2 to 4 days within the United States and 6 to 10 days for international addresses.   
 

Returns & Exchanges

Please note that all sales are final. If an error has occurred with your order please contact us within 48 hours. In the event you have received damaged goods please take a picture of the damage and request a refund or file a claim with USPS using the link below. All shipments are covered with insurance through the postal service.
