Shipping

. Please ensure your address is accurate when placing an order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll happily resend it, but the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee.

. All in stock items are typically processed and shipped within 3 to 5 days.

​

. Custom made orders are usually processed and shipped within 7 to 14 days.

​

. Once an order has been to be shipped or delivered, you will be notified via email with tracking

  information. 

​

If you have requested to pick up your order, you will be notified via email or text when it is ready.

​

. All orders are shipped via The United Stated Postal Service (USPS)or UPS. You will be

  notified by email.

. Transit time (the amount of time or days it will take an order to reach its destination AFTER it has

  shipped) is usually 2 to 4 days within the United States.

Returns & Exchanges

. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns, and ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL.

. If an error has occurred with your order, please contact us within 72 hours. 

 

. If your goods have arrived damaged, kindly reach out to us promptly. Please provide your order number along with a photo of the damaged items.
